Let's say Parker has a very good chin, and Wilder couldn't KO him (like he couldn't KO Stiverne).
Do you not think if that is the case that it's likely Parker would KO Wilder, given that he doesn't have a fantastic chin?
Parker doesn't operate well under attack, we have seen that against Ruiz. Wilder brings much more attack to the game and extremely vicious when he gets off. I couldn't be confident that JP could stay standing...let alone be strong enough to Landa telling shot to trouble him. He didn't trouble Ruiz and in fact ran out of gas when he needed it most.
Get Zhilei Zhang in I say. An olympic silver medallist who has beaten Parker twice in the amateurs and isn't getting any younger so he might see this as a one off opportunity.

Gotta agree with Sham on this one. Wilder would be a problem for him. Too big with too much power, and I'd worry that Wilder would catch him when he threw his combos or tried to get inside. Still, it's a fight Parker needs to make at some point as Wilder is careless at times, and his face blows up quickly. That's why Hughie is a good fight for Parker, as Hughie has no power, and Parker can throw his combos at will.
I think that Breazeale has a better chance at beating Parker than Hughie. Breazeale brings it, and will exchange with Parker, as he did with Izu. Breazeale's problem is that he'll be too slow for Parker's combo's if Joe doesn't get caught, as Breazeale has power.
