Yes. Although its not without risk due to the power
I think Jo gets koed against Wilder, that's my outside opinion.
The problem for Joe is that he's never faced someone with Wilder's power. Although Wilder hasn't faced a mandatory since he won his belt, he has faced decent opposition. By the same token, like Parker, his defense is porous, and Parker, with his speed, will tag him. Parker has the better chin, Wilder the better power. Not much in it between the two of them.
Parker

Power B or B+

Chin B+

Wilder

Power A or A-

Chin F

Thats how i see it
Can't really give Wilder an F for his chin if he's never been KO'd.  He does get bashed around though.  Even Duhaupas messed up his face.  I'd give Wilder a C on his chin and do a "wait and see" to see if it gets worse, or better.  Doubt that Washington will test it though.

Of more note, both Wilder and Parker have major defensive lapses.  The question will be: who has the better boxing skills to cover up those poor defenses?  I can't really say...
Yes die you are a real Parker fan boy. You give Parker a B+ for power and Wilder beast a A- wtf? Parkers power doesn't rate too much when he faces better opposition have noticed. Wilder drops em when he connects, and an F for chin while Jo gets B+.....absurd.!

It was me who gave those scores Sham.

I cant give wilder any higher than an A- when glass jaws like szpilka are soaking up rounds of punishment before the KO, an A in my opinion is hurts you with every punch.

As for parker, i think hes got to be a B, he doesnt look to have ko power at top level but has fought durable opponents and he hits hard enough to hurt you if you dont have an elite chin.

As far as chin, wilder was knocked down and on queer street from a 12% ko ratio journeyman, smahed to bits by russian cruiserweights in the amateurs and wobbled by szpilka, molina and duhaupas. He hasnt been hit clean yet in the pros but when he is i expect thatll be it for him.

Parker gets hit loads but holds up fairly well (althpugh the guys hitting him none are big punchers)

Admittedly those ratings might move up or down depending on form.
Parker gets skip punched loads. Very really they are flush punches landing on him. Slow down the Takam and Ruiz footage and you'll see his quick last second head movement nullifying the punch.
