Miller isn't tall, at 6'4", but that's who I'd pick. He's a bigger but less skilled version of Ruiz, and like Hughie, has never fought anyone. Plus, he said he'd travel to NZ, and has a big mouth. Hence, he'll sell the fight bigtime. Plus, he's ranked in the top 5. Parker needs to quit worrying so much about the tall guys.
