It was the ultimate come back fight. I'm a fan of Robbie's (as I'm sure you can tell from my many posts about his fights) and looking forward to seeing what he can do in 2019 but given the seemingly low level of interest in domestic fights on this forum and the fight not being televised and the opponent I can see how it slipped under many peoples radar. He was entitled to an easy one but I'm not surprised few people were talking about it

Great fight. He has one before that too and if he can win them both it will be very interesting to see who they fight on the Light v Flanagan card. Have been told they are looking at a couple of better than decent Oz options. Gunnar's a legend of the sport in NZ and he won't give him anything easy but I think the Russian will get it done
Izic Placid, A Canterbury Bulls rep at league in Christchurch made his pro debut under the guidance of Nort Beachamp. He beat former John Parker opponent Ash McColvile on points in Christchurch.

Good fight for Hemi. Good challenge
Colin Wilson still going strong at 46! Not sure it's wise for him to be fighting young guys like Leutele though. Would hate to see him suffer any damage or health issues. Had a great domestic career and should have hung them up by now in my humble opinion. Still have to respect him for a putting his hand up though he's one tough dude
This is at the bottom of that story: Another of the Napier club's professionals, super welterweight fighter Beau O'Brien, intends to have a spell for six to 12 months to focus on family commitments.
