Joe needs to work on endurance and footwork, like Conor McGregor once said precision beats power and timing beats speed

You're taking Joe's body over Whyte's???  AJ has never been caught juicing.  Holyfield?  Yes.

hasnt been caught YET, if you think that physique is all "natural" youre kidding yourself.

Have had this discussion many times, Joshua's physique is very achievable naturally, in fact he doesn't have many of the signs of a Juicer.

He's a naturally lean guy, he's Black  (which makes him look more defined) and he's a gym rat who has access to the best nutrition money can buy.

A lot of people don't know that joshua was into bodybuilding BEFORE he started boxing so he's always had great definition.  Even in the olympics where he definatley couldn't have been juicing.

AJ trains explosively, and quickly moves from exercise to exercise, so he's taxing his energy levels. If you train like a snail, you fight like one. If you train purposely and with explosiveness, that's how you fight. Interestingly, AJ was over-training before Parker, often getting hom around 11PM. Against Joe, he cut back, and was happier with more energy on fightnite.

AK trains his fascia which is the sheath of the muscle. He essentially is making his muscle like a tight rubber band. Also the science around fast and slow twitch has changed massivly. Yes weight can make you slow but so does jogging. Weights can also make you fast if you know what your doing. Example some athletes I work with and there teams of PhD doctors are electricuting athletes while lifting and that is converting slow twitch to fast twitch. Crazy I know. Also there is a way of putting a hormone receptor down the nerves to muscles to make fast twitch rather than slow. I say ditch the one on one trainers and get some proper qualified freaks to support the team.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

I know. But I try...

He hits the nail on the head, it's a poor look to whinge about the fight now. Joe has had favourable decisions over there with Ruiz and Takam. Also they new it was going to be hard to get a fair go in the UK, but that's where the money is.

I love how boxing fans moan about corruption and dirty boxing and when theres a clear example of all of these things we just want to sweep it under the carpet
go through that fight and you will see no bigger example of how illegal tactics and poor officiating cost a guy who was boxing WITHIN the rules, the headbutt changed the entire momentum of the fight. Its not moaning its just pointing out a FACT
Go through that fight and you will find multiple hard punches thrown deliberately at the back of the head, multiple uppercuts thrown with the free hand holding Joes head down, 2 or 3 elbow leads. The last 2 rounds are just comedy as the ref and Dylan do whatever they can to keep Whyte on his feet. Sure Joe should of boxed smarter at times but why are we turning a blind eye to all the other shit in a sport needing to be cleaned up?
theres no need to bring up the Takam, Ruiz decisions go back watch the tape both fights are close but Joe wins them, if you think differently do a RBR here and lets discuss it. As for people saying he lost to Fury...thats madness

Moral of the story:  Fight in your own country, or else...

Rather than appeal and all that crap i would like Eddie and higgins to declare an immediate rematch. Both fighters will benefit, the uk public will buy that again and anyway whyte isn't getting a title shot anytimesoon

Jeff Horn was just as bad Vs pacquiao and ALSO got a robbery and Duco spun that as a great victory.

This stuff goes on, Dillian was a bit rough in there but everyone knows thats how he fights.

Parker, again, fought the wrong fight, didn't use his strengths and paid for it.
