Joseph Parker
Joe is naturally fast but if you have seen them train he trains like a bloody snail. Nothing explosive till he's on the pads. This is one of the reason I knew parker didn't know what he was doing in the weights room. You can change your look visually fast with the right training. You can tell they don't do explosive power training cause Jo doesn't ko people, you can tell he never valued a proper weight regime cause he always looked av. Yes genetics do play a part but if you see the weights Joe does it looks like he is truly a newbie trying not to get injured.

AND, what does that do to Parker psychologically? Looking at his own pathetic body and then seeing AJ and Whyte's body? KB has now trained two of the laziest trainers, Tua and Parker. Surely a man who insists on being a control freak can get them doing training appropriately? You can blame Tua and Parker to some degree, but it's KB's job to get them up to speed. No?

lets not pretend that AJ isnt juiced to the gills, and Whyte looked sloppier than Joe body wise. People bring up his power and size and compare him to Holyfield who came up from cruiser but was able to increase his power, they forget Evander was also juiced to the gills
Joe needs to work on endurance and footwork, like Conor McGregor once said precision beats power and timing beats speed

I don't care to much about juicing some do some don't. POVs body ain't changed much. I've been in pro sport and seriously some guys are just shredded to hell yet we doing the Sam training. Genetics plays its part. As for Joes power they have never trained it because Barry is limited in that field, weights never really did it because Barry's outdated perspective on weights. He actually thinks weights slow you down and that all your power comes from your legs, he right about transferring of power but for god sakes do some explosive weights to develop his body to make him punch harder. Barry is old school! With these weird opinions as beliefs. With joes natural speed he could be one of the hardest hitters out. But they don't train that way!!!! KB took Joe pretty far but now he is really hindering his development.

Have had this discussion many times, Joshua's physique is very achievable naturally, in fact he doesn't have many of the signs of a Juicer.

He's a naturally lean guy, he's Black  (which makes him look more defined) and he's a gym rat who has access to the best nutrition money can buy.

A lot of people don't know that joshua was into bodybuilding BEFORE he started boxing so he's always had great definition.  Even in the olympics where he definatley couldn't have been juicing.

AJ trains explosively, and quickly moves from exercise to exercise, so he's taxing his energy levels. If you train like a snail, you fight like one. If you train purposely and with explosiveness, that's how you fight. Interestingly, AJ was over-training before Parker, often getting hom around 11PM. Against Joe, he cut back, and was happier with more energy on fightnite.
