Klitschko and Joshua are ranked higher than parker and ruiz in real ratings such as the ring magazine. The alphabets rankings are always a bit of a joke. Yes it's a case of not following their own rules but klit-aj is as close to a heavyweight super fight as we have right now, parker-ruiz is just two prospects facing off. It's kind of like Joshua v Martin all over again. Klitschko deserves a chance to get back his belts that he defended for over a decade. he's far more deserving of a title shot than ANYONE in the division. As long as parker gets his shot at the winner I'm fine with it

If the WBO allow Joshua and Wlad to fight for the WBO title they are muppets. Vlad got beaten by Fury, a man who was not on drugs at the time, Vlad got beaten fair and square.
What's the point of having their own rankings if they will just bend over for the $$$. Wlad can fight for the WBO, he is #2, Parker is #1, so Parker should face off against Wlad for that title if Wlad wants it. He is also #2 in the WBA, so could fight Ortiz (#1) for that belt. I disagree about Klit v AJ being a super fight. It's only a big fight because of the hype AJ has around him in the UK. AJ is just a prospect with a belt, he hasn't fought anyone proven at the top level. It's not a super fight in terms of quality, AJ is no way near the finished article, and will get destroyed by Wlad when they fight imo.

Parker got to fight someone that'll punch back, it's his blessings if he has to wait to contest the WBO he obviously isn't convincing at this stage fighting Barrys picks.

The problem, Sham, is that Parker's way too fast for his opponents. They try to punch back, but don't have time before they get hit. I'm worried that the same thing will happen to robotic AJ. AJ just won't have time to land his shots before he gets hit. Which is why he wanted to fight Pulev, and now past his prime, no punch Klit. AJ is definitely staying away from Parker now.
