Yeah joe did well.
I dont like to pile in on trainers after a loss but he needs to get someone to give him that extra 10-15%

I think Joes speed was good but couldn't get range and jury out whether he carries the power to hurt enough if he does get in range.
Showed tonight he belongs in top 3-5
I think DW beats this version of AJ though

Hey guys. The ref did not help but AJ was impressive today. He deserved the win.
I came on to eat humble pie and admit that AJ won deservedly.

No need to eat humble pie, Kiwi. Joe is the first guy to go the distance with AJ. He had his chances, just didn't have enough of them to hurt AJ. Parker HAD to take AJ out of his comfort zone early. Instead, AJ got into his rhythm with his jab and that was the end of story.

Ref was pretty bad Kiwi.
AJ did a good job of controlling the fight anyway.
Joe didnt disgrace himself .
At least it was the top dog he lost to
I think he needs more lateral movement in his game
turn AJ out coming forward and counter.
He did it once early in the fight but couldnt pull the trigger or do it again
AJ meeting Joes mum afterwards was nice .
So was his speech about unity he's a cool guy

Congrats to AJ, he deserved the win. Parker wasn't that far off the game with AJ, but his short reach made it extra difficult for him imo.
I hope Parker and Barry can learn from this fight. Get him fighting top 10-15 guys, durable fighters to get more experience in the ring, and to help him hone his craft.
Ruiz Fury and AJ all have very different styles so it can't have been easy going from one to another.

Parker should consider retiring. I say this as a fan.
He has done everything in the sport he needs to do. Won a title, fought the best in front of 80,000 people.
Retire with 10 million with health and sanity intact at 26 years old.
Not a bad plan....

Peace to all.
