All three would be good. And beatable. Okolie was close to fighting him before Bakole stepped up. He'd be good. I prefer Hrgovic, Kabayel, but I don't think he'd risk it compared to the three you mentioned.

Kabayel won't be keen to risk his interim neither should JP
Both may end up elevated to full champ after the DDD fight if Usyk wins and then wants his Fury trilogy- he gets stripped

I agree. Just because Warren says September doesn't mean JP can't say, "make the fight sooner." Since it probably won't be a top 5 fighter, it should be easier to make.
