Reading between the lines of what Frank Warren is saying, and Kabayel backing out of Bakole, it sounds like Warren wants Kabayel/DDD signed. Says he's waiting on signatures. Now Kabayel backing out of Bakole makes sense.

Seems odd to me - not wanting JP because he could outbox DDD then aiming for Kabayel who could outbox DDD
Still think DDD could end up with an anticlimax opponent such as Wallin or Guiedo

It's a mess. Both Kabayel and JP could outbox DDD. Parker is the better boxer and Kabayel has more power. Of course, I think AJ boxes better than both of them and look what DDD did to him.
You might be right, bart. DDD takes a stay busy fight and waits for Usyk to beat Fury. If Fury wins, and there's a trilogy, it's a long wait. |
