Just want to say that I don't see how JP even competes with the top fighters. He has limited power, fast but not exceptional hands, average footwork, average boxing skills, and his defense has improved but average. And yet, here he is. Competing for heavyweight belts. I'll give him that he's extremely competitive and courageous, and is now in great shape. But that doesn't make him elite. And yet, he is.

His work ethic while always good when in camp has matured and become part of his life
I think his time with Fury has helped his mentality for wanting to be the best
And the change to Lee - a great boxing brain has stimulated him and directed his drive
All those things help to get him where he is/// look at for example Andy Ruiz - sim age also a former belt holder but...
Poor work ethic
Changes trainers when they turn up the heat and want more out of him
JP is doing great but boxing is extremely fickle - a loss next and he will be an overrated never has-been who should retire as he is a bum....

All good. I just don't see how JP does it. It's not because his opponents are weak, but he just seems to find a way to win now. He doesn't really outwork his opponent. I guess you could say he did more than Wilder and ZZ, but not because he throws more punches. Maybe it's because he works to a good fight plan and takes advantage of their weaknesses. Wilder refused to engage, and ZZ tired in the late rounds. He's definitely improved. More disciplined and focused, and is training and eating better.
What would be AJ's weaknesses? What's to be exploited? Kabayel's, if that fight?

Just on the next fight lots noise about the rematch with Zhang happening next mainly due i think to an interview with Frank Warren who promotes Zhang I think- but i don't think anything solid.
AJ weaknesses I feel are countering when he attack (Ruiz 1) basically I don' think letting him settle into his rhythm which has been I feel JP's key in his last 2 wins- breaking his opponents rhythm ... Lee is a master I think at this- studying traits of fighters and knowing when they are about to exchange and doing something to offset them... jabbing, ducking. stepping away so they must reset and hitting while they are doing it.
Out of AJ and Kabayel I think Kabayel will be the most difficult to apply this tactic to.
