Tall timber is going DOWN. But Hughie may jab and run for awhile before it happens.
What is the basis for this?
Because he knocked out Dimitrenko.
You do know Eddie Chambers knocked dimitrenko down like a sack of spuds, and he's 5'11" fat and has about as much power as my granny.
Or was it that he got rid of 45 year old Kali? Who in his prime was banjo'd inside 30 seconds by Danny "british level" williams

Kali. Definitely the Kali win. Made that 45 year old look 48.

It's interesting that Hughies career record so far , is almost Identical to that of Dimitrenko.
Both fighters won the world amateur super heavyweight tournament in there late teens.
By age 22 Dimitrenko was 20-0 with 12kos
Hughie is 20-0 with 8kos

Predictions then?
I'm going for Parker by very close, possibly controversial UD. I think Hughie will frustrate Parker throughout but I think Parker's workrate will just be enough. The crowd will cheer everything he does which will sway the judges. It happens everywhere. I think that's part of the reason Parker got over the line against Ruiz. I had that fight a draw.

I'm going Hughie by UD. I think Hughie will have a plan A B and C, and I don't think JP will.
But I do think JP punches very hard and definitely can't rule out a KO.

I could see that. Hughie is tricky. His health issues are keeping me guessing. Prior to his acne breakout, he looked really sharp and fast when he was younger.

I'm in for Hughie and consider he just might spring a surprise while not falling for all the hype. Well we are dealing with the Irish here and they can do the surprises. Be tough as teak too I'm tinkin. I doubt an out of the run of things KO from Parker.
