Yet they boast that Jo is ready for anyone as though it all depends on high rating. Saying that, nobody wants to fight Ortiz

Why do people always go on about Ortiz? He isn't ranked in the WBC, the WBO, or the IBF.

The WBA is a mess with 2 tier HW champion belts and a mini tournament that got stuffed up after the Browne fight.

Ortiz is somehow this mythical fighter everyone is "DUCKING", yet nobody wants him because of my first sentence.
