At least. Those fights start late, at least the main event does. It's being streamed somewhere, and I think PPV in OZ. I'll check though, if it's free on SKY, I'll try to tape it. Some decent undercards, especially Meehan, who is 12-0.
yeah saw press conference Meehan (only sitting down) looked a huge unit - his career has been a slow burner - he fought in NZ years ago
Costing $40 on SKY tonite. No thank you.
yeah naaa
I do expect it to be a decent bash Hall could upset the apple cart but $40 for non elite boxers....naa
he looked decent

Sonny Bill Williams knocks out AFL great inside two minutes

Sonny Bill Williams has won his fight against AFL great Barry Hall in Sydney on Wednesday night with a first round knockout.

Hall fell to the canvas twice, the first time from a shot the referee could be heard saying he didn't see, before Williams delivered the knockout blow inside two minutes of the first round.

Just over 90 seconds, Hall was given his first standing count after Williams landed a right hand above the AFL great's left ear.

Hall would last barely five seconds after recovering from the first official knockdown.
Thanx for the video bart. Bring on Gallen. SBW looked good, but he needs to keep that left up.
He did look good all the physical attributes - the only thing left is to see how he reacts to getting caught
Very good performance though- Andy Lee has the midas touch
Sonny Bill annihilates Hall in round one

By Ray Wheatley – World of Boxing

Former Rugby League and Rugby Union football legend Sonny Bill Williams (9-0, 4 KOs) destroyed Australian Rules football legend Barry Hall (0-1-1) in the first round on Wednesday night at the ICC Exhibition Centre in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Sonny Bill dropped Hall three times to end it in just 1:55.

Unbeaten 2008 Olympian super featherweight Paul Fleming (27-0-1, 18 KOs) won a hard-fought ten round unanimous decision over Jackson Jon England (13-1, 8 KOs). Fleming recovered from a second round knockdown to win 95-94, 95-94, 97-92.

Pro-debuting Rahim Mundine, son of former world champion Anthony Mundine, outpointed Lepani Levatia (1-5, 1 KO) over four 40-37, 40-37, 39-37.

Cruiserweight Bilal Akkawy (21-1-1, 16 KOs) dominated Sebastian Singh (13-5-3, 8 KOs) over eight rounds, winning 60-54, 60-54, 60-54
Can't fault SBW this time, he looked a lot more like a boxer in there than Hall did.
