Come on Katie pull this one out
then retire ... please in fact retire win/lose or draw Taken a lot punishment - made a lot of $$ enjoy life
One of the few women boxers I like to watch. Great hand speed and combos. She just takes a beating when she faces hard hitting women with skill. Did she move up in weight class, and is that part of the problem; bigger, stronger women?

Taylor dethrones Cameron in rematch
Female star Katie Taylor (23-1, 6 KOs) avenged her loss to undisputed super lightweight champion Chantelle Cameron (18-1, 8 KOs) with a ten round majority decision on Saturday night at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. Cameron suffered a gash on her forehead from a headbutt. Good two-way action with the quicker Taylor pulling away to a 95-95, 98-92, 96-94 verdict. Lightweight Gary Cully (17-1, 10 KOs) took a ten round split decision over Reece Mould (18-2, 6 KOs) in a bout for the WBA Continental Europe title. Rebounding from a shock loss to Jose Felix in May, Cully won on two cards 96-93 and 97-93. Mould was up 97-93 on the third card. Unbeaten welterweight Paddy Donovan (12-0, 9 KOs) knocked out Danny Ball (13-2-1, 6 KOs) in the fourth round in a bout for the WBA Continental title. Donovan dropped Ball, then sent him to the canvas again after a furious assault. Time was 2:41. Unbeaten heavyweight Thomas Carty (7-0, 6 KOs) stopped Dan Garber (5-2, 1 KO) in the eighth round. Carty dropped Garber with 41 seconds remaining in the contest and the referee stopped the fight. Former super featherweight world title challenger Zelfa Barrett (30-2, 16 KOs) outpointed Costin Ion (10-5-2, 5 KOs) over eight rounds. Score was 78-75. WBC interim female featherweight champion Skye Nicolson (9-0, 1 KO) got her first early stoppage when the corner of Lucy Wildheart (10-3, 4 KOs) threw in the towel at 1:11 of round nine.

Good win, bart. How did Katie look? Will you be watching the Andrade/Benavidez fight?

She boxed brilliantly really.
Lots of head clashes that gave Cameron a nasty cut and I felt Cameron really tried too hard after that- Katies flurries catching the eye of the crowd and judges I did always feel it could take one punch from Cameron to change the fight as she def the harder hitter of the 2 but Katie has amazing ability to dig deep. A 3rd fight looking likely at Croke Park could get 80-90,000 Again I would have Cameron as fav as Katie has to age at some point

So glad she did well. Really like Taylor's guts.
