You fear that AJ will choose someone that is easy, like Hunter? He's ranked #10 and #12, hardly worthy of a title fight. He seemed like the type of guy that Parker should fight, especially since he stopped Ustinov, and Parker couldn't.

I think there is no way AJ fights Ortiz on this notice ...or in the near future
Whyte will still have same contractual (rematch %) issues and prob would rather the fight was in Wembly to generate more pounds
JP has no real pull but should take it if offered
Hunter not worthy
Maybe the Chinese fella- signed to EH as a future challenger may have to be sooner rather than later.

I wouldn't have a problem with it being Hunter at this short notice. Hunter wouldn't win but I'd have him on par with Takam/Parker.

Big Baby comes clean: I messed up

Heavyweight contender Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller has apologized for using the banned substances that torpedoed his June 1 world title shot against WBA/IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua in New York City.

It came to light Friday that Miller has tested dirty in a total of three random drug tests with three different banned substances found in his system (GW1516 twice, HGH, and EPO).

In a video on social media, Miller stated, “I messed up. I made a bad call. A lot of ways to handle the situation, I handled it wrong and I’m paying the price for it. I’m missing out on a big opportunity and I’m hurting inside. My heart is bleeding right now. I hurt my family, my friends, my team, my supporters, but I’m owning up to it. I’m gonna deal with it, I’m gonna correct it, and I’m gonna come back better. I’m humbled by the experience.”

Andy Ruiz Jr. as Big Baby’s June 1 replacement against Anthony Joshua? That’s the latest rumor. Ruiz looked good in beating up Alexander Dimitrenko on Saturday.

He'd probably trouble AJ for a few rounds and then gas and get KO'd. Assuming it has to be a US fighter that has a name. He might be the best of the rest.

Ruiz would do better than Hunter. Ortiz would be ideal, as he was close to ko'ing Wilder. Here's Hunter's record:
