Yes I guess I'm closer to 130 yrs old than you bright stars but our gym only closed 3yrs ago with 5 amateur champions and one pro. There were 30regulars at boxing sessions and 20 at fitness. As a matter of fact inferno we did eat meat spudsand gravy and we still do. Love it
Lactic build up can happen in 20-30 seconds and take a day to recover from. You literally hit a wall. I think David price has a lactic tolerance problem . Maybe izu does as well. Time will tell. Training lactic production and tolerance is a critical aspect of boxing imo. Some people just flat out can't do either
