Hughie isn't well known in the uk, (neither is parker tbh) but a unification between two brits... add in tyson fury stirring the pot, that'd be a big fight.
If Joshua beats klitschko, it's pretty much only another Brit or Wilder that has the potential to be bigger than the klitschko fight, Parker would be a big ish fight but not huge and i think most brits would see him as a lesser opponent than klitschko.
The main problem for Parker getting a rep in the uk is that this fight with hughie is not a big name brit (he's probably the 5th or 6th most well known active heavyweight there) and it's on BT Sport not sky sport and it'll be on sunday mornign when most people are in bed nursing their hangovers. It's not going to be this massive primetime event over there that parker fans seem to think
Well I don't think Hearn was talking about a fight with the loser of Parker Hughie being most lucrative lol. That's why he wants JP to win , because It's potentially more moolah in Eddies pocket
Anyone and everyone who follows boxing in the UK know about Parker ( and Hughie)
If AJ and JP keep their belts a matchup would be a massive payday for both fighters. Unification between the young lions
Parker has a rep in the U.K. alright , Hughies not that highly regarded by most but upsetting Parker and picking up a strap would be a fast track to credibility
