Parker vs Hughie Fury
It's an exciting time in the story of Jo Parker and indeed a defining moment of his career

This will be a really tough fight for Parker. Hughie will be bringing it, is free from his medical condition, and has put on lean muscle. He also brings an awkward style, and Tyson will be around to mess up Parker's mind.

The more I consider it Parker will need a KO, something that didn't come with Takam or Ruiz.

But don't you believe that Duco hometown decisions side with Parker all the time?

I think Parker can win a decision if he's the aggressor and it's an even fight. Much like how many people (me included) thought Ruiz won the last fight.

There were independent judges hired by the WBO. How did Duco have anything to do with that? Duco wouldn't be worth much, though, if they didn't try to give their fighter every advantage, starting with hosting the fight in NZ.

Yes, Sham, a KO would light up the heavyweight division for Parker. A decision would just throw him amongst the heap of heavyweight champs who need to prove themselves. And there would be much talk about his having limited power.

A Big KO would add £££ to his next fight
a stodgy and dodgy decision would make him a hard sell with the title being the only bargaining point and that alone not a big promotion

...and the Hughie hype continues:

love it, this has been the best buildup to a Parker fight so far. The Furies know how to promote.

It seems that Hughies acne treatment has transformed him into superman
Joes so so scared he isn't even trying to respond to The Furys boasting
I think we should bet our savings on Hughie so we can all get rich

So given this newfound strength, will be interesting to see if Hughie fights on the front foot? I doubt it.
