But Martin, Hunter, and Ruiz are fair game, as are Helenius and Hrgovic. Forget Chisora, he's too much bother: Yes, Parker is ranked WBO #2, but there's not much to fight there. The IBF looks like better opponents.
IBF:
Champ: AJ
1. Kubrat Pulev
2. Charles Martin
3. Oleksandr Usyk
4. Michael Hunter
5. Andy Ruiz Jr.
6. Robert Helenius
7. Filip Hrgovic
8. Joseph Parker
9. Tom Schwarz
10. Dereck Chisora
11. Tony Yoka
12. Agit Kabayel
13. Zhang Zhilei
14. Demsey McKean
15. Otto Wallin
I'll never understand the governing bodies, why have the IBF chosen not to rate Wilder or Whyte? Do they not see them as in the top 15 heavyweights in the world?
