I think Mr Monkey was trying to point out even though it's a "stay busy fight", that it's still a shot at the IBF world title. So comparing it between Parker vs Ruiz for the WBO and AJ vs Molina is a fair call. They after all are both title fights.

Izu's last opponent was a small step in the right direction, hopefully they can find someone slightly higher than Gregory Tony. 

With the fight for the WBO Parker loses his mandatory position with the IBF imtold

That's what I'm hearing too Sham. It's weird, we can have a fighter ranked in multiple alphabets, have a title in multiple alphabets, but not a mandatory (IBF) in one alphabet if fighting for a title in another (WBO). Sprains the brain.

I think Jennings is to bigger step for IZU. Maybe jarrel miller, easy to hit but has some big risk with his power. Won't happen tho
