Entertaining fights though both of them- I was impressed by Anderson even in losing as I didn't rate him before but thought he showed kahunas.
Bakole is a nightmare to anyone below top 3-5. Hard head like JJ but quicker harder puncher
It was there for Miller just needed to land more - was concerned with Ruiz counters - probably thought he had timed his run but miscalculated

A good win for Bakole. I'd like to see the Hunter rematch. Anderson showed grit & he's young enough & has the althletic ability to improve, I'm just not sure if he has the mindset to do it.

I thought Miller had done enough to get the win but it's hard to feel sorry for him with his past. Ruiz's broken hand was gruesome. That'll be another extended layoff for him.

Just saw the Bakole/Anderson fight again. Bakole reminds me of a Samuel Peter, but with faster hands and better boxing skills. He'll be a good one as he steps up. Anderson gave it a go, but Bakole was just too big, and his punches had no punch against the bigger man.

I like to see fighters try to avenge their losses if the possibility arises. Zhang would also be a good option.

Who wants Bakole is the issue, unless Turki offers title $$ who will want him...maybe Hunter but doesn't do anything for Bakole other than avenge a loss...Hunter is a nobody now let him find his own way back.
Ruiz will rehab his hand at the Buffet and not fight again for a year or 2

Agree with the first half. Miller is boring to me, so no Miller/AJ. I'm hoping DDD stops AJ, making the division wide open with Bakole also coming on and Usyk retiring or going back down to cruiser.

Throw the Ruiz II fight out, as AJ didn't train right and acted invincible, and the 2 Usyk's fight where he was clearly outboxed and failed to pull the trigger, and AJ is still an elite fighter. I think his main problem is his confidence, hence his being fed journeymen and a MMA fighter. DDD will go a long way to see where he is. Dominate DDD and he's back. Lose, and he should retire.
