Those were just predictions. The only bet I put on last week was Kudratillo Abdukakhorov @ $3.75 that just missed. I only tend to bet on underdogs that are paying 3/1 or more & look like good value to me.
Good call on Dubois. I give him credit for toughing it out & getting the win. His fight with Kevin Lerena was still fresh in my mind.
Yeah Hutchinson was the underdog with the oddsmakers. The WBO has now ordered him to face Joshua Buatsi for the interim light heavyweight title as Anthony Yarde & Queensbury Promotions are in dispute.
The Ball vs Ford fight was fantastic. Both fighters gave a tremendous effort & it could have gone either way. I hope we see a rematch at 130 at some stage.

I give Hutchinson a chance against Buatsi although Hutch will be the underdog. You think like I think with underdogs. Why bet if you're basically just gonna get your money back with some interest?
No huge fights coming up soon...Andrei is next month I think.

Depends on your definition of huge. I'm looking forward to the following fights, among others to finish out June:
Gervonta Davis vs Frank Martin
David Benavidez vs Oleksandr Gvozdyk
Gary Antuanne Russell vs Alberto Puello
Subriel Matias vs Liam Paro
Chris Billam-Smith vs Richard Riakporhe
Juan Francisco Estrada vs Jesse Rodriguez
Sunny Edwards vs Adrian Curiel

Good fights. By huge, I mean mega fights and superstars. I particularly like the heavys. AJ, Wilder, ZZ, etc. Also in the lower weights, Canelo, Bivol, etc. Davis does qualify though.
In saying that I do like the fights above that you mentioned. Just not huge fights.

Mega fights & superstars can be subjective. I went to a family event after the boxing on Sunday & no one knew that the boxing had happened. Usyk vs Fury barely moved the needle outside boxing circles. Guys like Jake Paul or Ryan Garcia are popular on social media but haven't achieved the highest levels of the sport. I prefer to watch top fighters in against other top fighters. If the fights appear evenly matched then I'm happy. PPV numbers, purses, social media followers, social media beefs don't interest me. Juan Francisco Estrada vs Jesse Rodriguez is huge for me.

I agree with you. I want top fighters fighting each other. I watch them every weekend. Just saying that the mega fights weren't happening anytime soon. I don't do social media. I guess to each their own in terms of what's huge. BTW, I'd throw Crawford in with my mega star.
Don't care about boxing catching on with the public, as long as the fights catch my interest.

I also don't care about boxing catching on with the public but mega stars or superstars for me would be crossover stars & household names. Unfortunately there hasn't been many of them in recent eras. Crawford is one of the top 3 boxers around today.

Yeah, but Crawford still doesn't have his name in lights like he should. I remember Lonergan saying he was a PR disaster, as he's pound for pound one of the best. I agree with your definition of mega star. The names Tyson, Mayweather, Pacman, maybe even Fury in his prime.

Being one of the best unfortunately doesn't always equate to being a superstar. One of the best boxers in recent times Ricardo "Finito" Lopez was almost punch perfect but is barely known outside hardcore boxing circles.

True. Never heard of Lopez. I do now. Will follow how he does going forward.
