If Parker's team had any real serious backing they would order an immediate purse bid & force Usyk into a decision. They won't, they'll drag out the 30 day negotiation period. I hope it doesn't come back to bite them. The Saudi's can say what they want but Usyk will ultimately decide who he wants to fight next. If he decides to fulfil the mandatory & the fight is scheduled in the best case scenario for 3 months time, that'll make it late November. 2 rounds of action in 20 months is not the best preparation to challenge Usyk. Touch wood an injury doesn't occur, delaying things further.

I'll wait to see what Usyk decides to do next.
