Hopefully this Corona breakout doesn't stuff it up.
Auckland is the logical place to hold the fight - being 2 Auckland island boys = huge support.
But most likely Queenstown etc

Much ado about nothing. Mr Higgins is looking to dissolve some of his companies. He was over stretched anyhow.
Thanks for the article and heads up though cranky!

At the risk of upsetting craig, Adesanya and his other three kiwi fighters are fighting in the UFC arena tonite. The first kiwi (Young) lost, but Riddell looks like he may have won his fight. Adesanya comes on at 5PM. It's on SKY for $40, but I'm not that interested in UFC, but do like to support the Kiwi fighters. Anyway, this thread has blow by blow live updates:

was very impressive performance, so happy as last time out was dullest fight in history.
Broke Costas heart in round 1 via his legs then totally took his soul round 2

bart, did you pay to see it? I followed it on the live updates, and will hopefully see it on youtube if it's up.

yeah i watched it, very tactical by Izzy again as he is best at distance and countering. Costa probably expected to get in close and take that away from Izzy but just too fast and skilled.
I don't watch alot of UFC as I don't overly enjoy the ground work stuff so this was great to watch - those leg kicks though yuck ! You def feel the pain when they hit, took away Costas will to win

Two wins, two losses for the kiwi's, and Israel brought home the bacon. Excellent result. Yeah, I saw the brief video at the end of the fight, and Costa's leg was a mess. Great strategy. Don't think Costa will be walking on it today.

Bowyn Morgan has signed to be Tim Tyszu's next opponent, I hope it's on the Parker/Fa undercard.
