Very poor from Fa. No Aggression. No Mongrel. No killer Instinct. He doesn’t look like he really wants it to be honest.

Gotta disagree. I thought Fa looked great. Contrary to the commentators and the posts here. He was clinical, hurt Pascaul with his punches, and looked to be in great shape (for once). Why did he have to have mongrel and a killer instinct? He won every round convincingly? His stamina was good. He delivered his punches well, and with speed. He fought a guy who was un-orthodox and looked to survive. AND, he didn't want to get hit with the Mexican's wild shots.
Work-ons: He needs to keep his left up when he's not punching. He needs to be more active, and follow up his punches. He fights similar to AJ. Needs to watch AJ's video's and see how AJ closes the show.
Overall, I give him a B+

A+. Best shape of his career. The question is: can he continue to produce results? Oh, and a little more protein for some power please!
