RE: Parker vs Fa - Kiwi - 12-05-2020

I think Hemi if he was naturally 10 or 20 lbs heavier would be an absolute beast.

Perhaps in a few years...

True that, kiwi. And 5 inches taller!

No - I like the "Tyson" aspect of the guy.

I just feel with a bit more man-strength - a few more years - he can become a true KO machine.

The potential is there

Fa has had fights in USA and the bonus of a amateur rivalry with JP.
While Hemi may offer a good fight he offers no commerical value at this stage

True. Hemi needs a Malik Scott or a Stiverne on his record before anyone can begin to take notice

Kiwi, Hemi is seen as one of the hardest hitting fighters in the heavyweight division. He's got man strength. As others have said, he needs a top 15 opponent to make a name for himself, and a bounty on his head. markk says he's looking for a top fighter in the US or UK for him.

He still needs to knock out a top 50 fighter to really confirm his power.

It's a shame Hemi couldn't get out this year tbh. Hope he can get out more next year as he can't afford to waste more time as he isn't getting any younger.

I've always said that you (Hemi and Jr) need to fight someone in the top 15.  There are plenty of guys in the top 15 who don't belong there, and either of those two could occupy a spot there.  Of course, covid does limit where they can go.  Sanchez/Hemi would also be good, as he deserves his spot and can also bang.  I'd love for him to fight Joyce, but Joyce is waiting for Usyk.

RE: Parker vs Fa - diehard - 12-06-2020

The WBO has always been kind to NZ fighters.  As you can see, Fa is WBO #6.  I'd target someone like Michael Hunter.

Champ:  AJ
1. Oleksandr Usyk
2. Daniel Dubois
3. Joseph Parker
4. Kubrat Pulev
5. Andy Ruiz, Jr
6. Junior Fa
7. Frank Sanchez Faure
8. Michael Hunter
9. Zhilei Zhang
10. Evgeny Romanov
11. Joe Joyce
12. Fillip Hrgovic
13. Demsey McKean
14. Agit Kabayel
15. Dereck Chisora

Fight McKean in Oz he is top 15 - earn his place and some coin..... I think it makes sense
