It just shows what a joke the boxing organisations are, how can Junior Fa be rated ahead of Parker?
Joe is ranked WBC #6 I think, but no other organisation. That's horrible. He's only lost to AJ and Whyte, who's a title contender. That said, Fa needs to fight some other guys in the top 50 before taking on Joe. A Parker/Fa fight smacks of $$$. If that's the case, Joe needs to fight Browne, another nice money earner.

yeah had a call from there camp for joe next fight. said its 3 years off before it worth doing as junior has some development to do. I said if you want to do early the price is the same as 3 years down the track which they didnt want any part of.  upto them if they want it. Junior will fight if money is right.

yeah Joe unlucky not to be rated but i think thats just the price of 2 losses in a row. I think we all know Joe is a top 10 fighter across the board. he knows, we know and nz know. top 5 is tough at the moment with fury, wilder, AJ, whyte, Povetkin . we all know he could have won that fight against whyte but he didn't so i guess you'd have him 6-10 in world.

Madness if true. Fa is nowhere near ready to take on someone like Parker. Fa has a long way to go before fighting opponents on Parker's level.

Yes, I read it. Lots of articles out there that are mis-represented, or not true. Figure it's better to get it from the original source.
"The prospect of a domestic heavyweight showdown between Joseph Parker and Junior Fa, one likely to rival the David Tua v Shane Cameron fight of a decade ago in terms of interest in New Zealand, has moved a step closer."

Stopped reading after the first paragraph above.

That's what I wuz trying to say, markk. There's deals, and then there's deals. You would know. And thanks for letting us know. You are absolutely right. Mr Higgins and Joe will make a lot of money off this fight. Jr. won't. And it IS too soon. Fa has just come off a fight where he was physically suffering. Forget Joe. Not necessary. Continue fighting with Team Wilder under the de Bella banner. Jr. is in the top 10 now. Take meaningful fights when he's healthy and continue climbing up the ladder. My 2 cents worth.
