how do you guys see a future Fa/Parker fight going?
lets say Parker gets back from the UK with a few losses under his belt and Fa is still on the rise, could it become a big deal fight here in NZ?

Dot worry guy I enjoy and like the feed back. I'm partly here to give updates as well as I enjoy the other threads. It's a great game that very subjective about what to do and not do. Luke I said in earlier posts I don't look at junior as a 12-0 pro but a 15 Month pro. I've been lucky in my life and been around a few sports at the top level and even training in the AIS before Sydney Olympics for track and field , I think the biggest thing is junior is still learning about his body and what to do and not do. Also transitioning from a 4 round fighter to a 12 round fighter is no easy feet as the training changes massively. Also just a note in junior sparing AJ . He sparred him quite allot and his comments to me were that in the first sparing session he had never been hit so hard and his jab would literally move you back half a meter. He said it was ha d work. Next session he boxed and moved and held nicely. He dosnt like the mobile guys as much junior said. This being said it was 4 years ago
Markk, you're a class act. How did the Saturday strength and conditioning go with Junior? Yes, please let me know if I'm too harsh. But the person you need to watch out for is Sham. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. He even used to be a sheep herder back in the day.

Didn't know Fa used to spar with AJ. How does he compare sparring with Wilder and AJ?

Looking at Junior as a 15 month pro is very smart. He has a long way to go, but it doesn't mean he can't get there. Learning from his mistakes and improving against easy competition is the way to go before he steps it up. I wish him all the best.

So did some more testing today and junior did some personal beats after a 3 weeks of recovery and light training. So end of day we were over cooked and not fresh. We obviously need to drop 10 kg as well as we found some interesting force production issues due to weight. We in a 3 month 10 kg loss plan and then off to states. Organising the fight as we speak. Will keep you all updated

Cheers mate sounds good. So no more fights in NZ? I just remember Junior saying after the Hunter Sam fight that he'll have 1 more fight in NZ and then 2 more in the US. Have things changed?

I'm assuming "force production" has to do with Junior losing some strength due to his weight gain and over-training? I think the problem was that Junior wasn't being monitored in the build up to the fight, and he over-trained. Markk, I think you mentioned that you were away for that 3 month period. Good job on isolating the issue, and knowing how to correct it. Good times ahead!

yeah things are changing as it gets harder to bring fighter with good enough records on here for the price local promoters have

just a small junior update. lost about 10 kg. from last fight. slimmed up nicely.  heading to states soon and looking good for undercard of wilder vs Ortiz in New York. will be a great buzz
Thanks for the update, markk. Any idea who he'll be fighting, or the date? Looking forward to Wilder/Ortiz, so it's good Fa is on the undercard.

Also, well done on the 10kg's!
Shaping up as a decent card with Junior on there and Stiverne - Breazeale main support
