It's a mistake trying to make parker a 245lb fighter
He doesn't have the frame, he's a slender guy.
His biggest attribute is speed and he's fighting a guy who is also extremely fast. Coming in at a career heaviest is not a good idea, ruiz is not a stiff I mobile idiot like dimitrenko!

Parker doesn't even look overly buff now at ~111kg.
Anthony Joshua weighed in at around 109 kg in the Breazeale fight. That's for a guy that's 6'6, and has muscles popping out of his skin, oh and that weight includes his roid gut.
Parker clearly has a solid frame. Imagine if Parker packed on the muscle to look like AJ, he'd probably be close to 120kg.
The only concern for me with Parker at 111kg is his stamina. Hopefully he's been working on that with KB.

No he doesn't have the frame, he's got small bone structure, small shoulders short arms, etc.
If he wanted to look like AJ he'd have to lose a lot of body fat and then pack on a lot of muscle.
We'll see but I don't think all this trying to bulk up is the way to go.

Personally I think it's a great weight for Jo. If you compare him with IZU who is ripped to shreds, IZU weighed in at 104kg against Gregory Tony. Jo is Alot heavier set man than him. 110 is very right for his frame compared with other poly's his size. Jerome kaino, Stephen Luatua, Akira Ioane these guys are similar in stature and all comand over 110kg. I know boxing is a different sport and complete different fitness styles but it shows that Jo could easily hold 113kg, I'm not sure how many rounds he would do but he could carry that weight easily.
