They rushed Glazkov v Martin on to the Wilder card, so Wilder can fight the winner as a unification fight. He then doesn't have to fight Povetkin, and can go for the winner of Wlad v Fury 2 in a big money fight.
It has Haymons fingerprints all over it.
Unless Glazkov wins and doesn't have a clause to fight Wilder (which I doubt), the IBF (or pretty much any ABC) is off the table for JP for the time being.
