Joseph Parker
Meehan hooked up with vslive - could make the fight tricky as vslive have Meehans broadcasting rights

I wouldn't be surprised if Kali prices himself out of this. If it happens I expect Joseph to outclass him

I think that was the problem originally, but it sounds like Meehan is going to eat his beans.

40 yr old Meehan lost to 31yr old Chagaev, so it's a good yardstick for Joseph

Westy, next year mate. This year is about giving Lolo experience in the halves.

Sham, I'm beginning to come around to the fact that Parker has an awesome punch. He has the speed of Ali and the power of Foreman. I mean, to mis-hit Tupou and knock him out cold. I mean, the fellows on here saw it. Rebel, Quarrie, Lieutenant Hennessey, and Parker all said it was a KO punch. I mean, if he can KO a WBO #13 in the first round like that, he's way ahead of AJ, who took two rounds to KO Kingpin, and his KO was not at Parker's level.

Dive or KO punch, a great win for Parker. Bring on Meehan and Leapai, Wilder next year, and Klit to unify!

I'm glad you trust the guys that were there Die - it would be a pretty big conspiracy to pull that off. Everyone is focused on "the punch" but I just can't shake that image of Tupou hitting the ground face first with white eyes

Die, you sound like a kid just discovered something his mum put under the pillow. You can't gauge where Jo banged tupou as seemed like a fluke and AJ knocking out all his opponents in short order as a yardstick of who is the best fighter or punches the hardest..... I believe AJ will make it to the top quicker and as Vladimir said he may be champion for a long time. I still havnt seen anything about Jo to convince me to get as excited as you.

Poor old Will Quarrie wouldn't know what the stuff he was looking at after the wallop he took earlier

I agree with you about Lolo and the Warriors Die. Next year is our year lol can't believe I'm saying that again

As for Joseph he has one thing that AJ will never have and that's incredible speed
Knocks guys out in the blink of an eye leaving the spectators scratching their heads wondering what happened

Westy - RTS and Issac are huge signings. I'm a big Jim Doyle fan - he'll sort it all out

I think you might be right about Parkers speed, but what I really hope is that he has a great chin. He's going to need it

Sham - Joshua is already next in line to be the mandatory for the winner between Wilder and Povetkin. This is foolish. He's bloody good, but why risk the 0 so young, possibly against a banger like Povetkin or a powerful puncher like Wilder?

Parker and Joshua should try some of the crafty/awkward fighters (Thompson, Jennngs, Pulev, Fury) and bangers (Chagaev, Takam, Teper, Chisora) before they even get to a title shot

Well time will tell about Parker but he was made to look good with a ring chump like tupou and a fluke shot. Speed....? We didn't get a chance to gauge it! A supior fighter to ttupouHeck yes, but they all knew that before the fight, tupou included.
And yes gothnaki they really can't rush these Boys and I think if we wait see what goes down we'll see they come up with a whole different scenario that what we've concluded. There's too much at stake to take other than calculated chances and these promoters have shown us they're smart when balancing the books. It's my guess AJ will be having interim fights before stepping too far out.
