Yep, Parkers body doesn't develop well but its obvious they don't value a proper hypertrophy program when he is out of camp!!

Parker all the way, thats a good weight for him imo he was a bit too light vs AJ.
Whytes stamina won't be there second half.

Parker looking how Parker always looks, not great, not terrible. Don't think there's much point in expecting anything else really. He looks fine to me.
Expecting the KO tomorrow, can't wait.

No, it's terrible. But it's not a body building contest. I just hope there's some strength in that body somehow. The pecs are pathetic, and the chest exercises is a pushing exercise, like with the shoulders and triceps. Which you use for virtually all the punches except for the uppercut. If he did some benches and flyes, his chest would develop, and consequently develop his overall punching power.

Yep but developing his explosiveness from his chest will help. Look at all the recent greats. Wlad, holyfield and Lennox they all had massive pecs. Its just a training thing! I just assume that its not highly valued by Barry. But when Joe isn't in camp that a great time to pound on a bit of muscle instead of flab.
