Mayweather dominates and stops McGregor in ten

Former world champion Floyd Mayweather moved his record to 50-0, 27 KOs with a tenth round TKO over pro-debuting MMA fighter Conor McGregor (0-1, 0 KOs) on Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Coming out of retirement, Floyd let McGregor push the pace for a few rounds. When McGregor started to get tired, Mayweather easily outboxed him. By round nine, McGregor was out of gas and Floyd punished him at will. Referee Robert Byrd stopped the fight in round ten with McGregor under fire. The win takes Mayweather past Rocky Marciano’s legendary 49-0 mark.
