The last southpaw Joshua faced was Roberto Camarelle in the london 2012 finals. He also beat Camarelle a lot more convincingly in the 2011 world championships which was also after nistor. Camaralle was 2008 olympic gold medalist and two time world amateur champion

so fair to say he's been alright against southpaws since then

Maybe one of his pro opponents was a southpaw but i'm not sure. I just know camaralle was and he was joshuas last amateur opponent.
