Mrs D said we could go see Parker fight for the title, but not in the UK winter. I'll need to talk to Mr Higgins about when he schedules it, if it happens. Maybe KB will do a tour like he did for Tua vs LL. Sham, maybe you and I can sit together on the plane and argue for 24 hours! And then I can explain to you why Parker KO'd AJ for 24 hours on the way back! Now that's a buicket list tick.
the UK winter is about 6months long.... you're likely outta luck..

I just think there's huge money in Fury or Wilder; with Parker not as much. That's why I think he'll try to unify. $$$.
Of coarse he wouldnt but dont you find it ridiculous that the IBF under there own rules would be obliged to sanction it. Kind of shows how meaningless the IBF is.

Sanction it? Meaning if AJ loses, he loses the title? I think it's great. Be careful who you fight. What I don't like is when an alphabet will bump someone up in the rankings just to make the fight sanctioned. But Takam, or Breazeale are ok.

I'm sure the winner of a unification still has to fight Parker straight away, or another unification?
I think UK winter is likely for the Parker fight as it is not a studium fight so doesn't matter, they will just hold it at the O2 as a standard defence and save the summer dates for a Wembley monster fight with Fury/Haye/Klit/Wilder.

Great analysis, and accurate to my own thoughts except think Whyte is too dangerous. .

I think the Parker team should pay some decent money to get Takam back over here to spar with him for a few weeks. They won't fight against so I don't see why they couldn't arrange it.

I think that Takam must feel that he's below that of Parker's sparring partner. In saying that, though, Sherman Williams was used as a sparring partner in Vegas for Takam. I do think that Parker missed Izu immensely as Parker's training and sparring partner. Izu was supposed to next fight in Poland, but he's on the CC undercard. I heard that no one in OZ wanted to fight him, so Stu is looking at the US.
