I seriously cannot see KB putting Joe in against AJ unless he is 100%, regardless of how lucrative the deal is.
IMO it shows that the surgery did go well, and that Joe is looking just as good, or better than before, otherwise I don't think the fight would be going ahead.
It's just a bit of bone and cartilage that was removed from his elbows, it's not like he's had internal stitches or anything. When the wound has healed fully externally I don't see what can go wrong.
I had a similar operation on my right knee about 18 months ago. I could walk around fine right after surgery with no pain. It was 'keyhole' surgery and really was no big deal to recover from.
