I just don't think he has those skills. At least, not yet. I'd peel it right back, and teach him how to get guys out of there quick. Especially since his next few opponents will probably be smaller than him. Bully and dominate them. Once he can do that, he needs to learn how to put his combinations together.
He's still developing, and I think he can really brawn up. But you're right, everyone is different, and AJ may be too much of a stretch for him. But I'd aim for that and see how it goes. He can always learn finesse, maybe like Hughie?
But right now, he needs to keep it simple and learn boxing skills as he gradually steps it up. And put on some brawn and stamina.

Fa could be one of those guys who enjoys fighting but not training.
Key for those guys is find a style of training they enjoy

Junior trains very hard. There is no problem with that. It's the opposite he trained too much.

To me, markk, that's not training properly, and speaks to what I said earlier. He needs to be held accountable by his team. Whether it's too much or too little. Both hurts his performances. and future. This show a LACK of discipline.

Sorry, don't mean to be harsh. Just saying that sometimes you can be too motivated and try too hard, and that hurts you more as you end up tired, flat, and unable to pull the trigger. And it IS a lack of discipline in the sense that you need to stay within the limits of what's best for your body.
