Joseph Parker
The risk lies trying to close the gap to get to Wilder but thats where the reward is.
I'm really looking forward to this even more than santa coming.

Better than Santa? Almost blasphemy! Yeah, I am too. Well, JP has to close the gap or he doesn't hit him. I think it's about putting Wilder at awkward angles while timing him by coming in. Awkward angle? What I mean is when he's forced to step back or turning funny near the ropes through exchanges. Lots of opportunities there I would think, as there was in the Fury fight. Of course, Fury size creates a lot of that. Standing in a regular boxing stance with Wilder and Wilder wins every day of the week thru his size, jab, and big right hand.
A lot of these fights are interesting. AJ should win, but how does he do against a southpaw? No way JP wins this, but maybe? Fa is clearly outclassed, but he did well against Parker, and Sanchez is about on Parker's level.

Angles to me is the key- hopefully Lee has drilled this into JP - like Usyk does swivel close so he can't use his right hand and is exposed to being hit.
Footwork and concentration -= pressure on Wilder - don't give him a chance to set his feet to throw a bomb because those bombs do damage

I really think there has not been enough time in this camp for new stuff

Adapting the old approaches and refining them will have to do

Is it my imagination,

Or did JP sound like his lip was damaged in that interview?
