Rematch could be good for both parties?
Loser will drop in rankings so immediate chance to redeem. Secures yourself 2 fights at high level rather than waiting on more lengthy negotiations to get another decent name opponent. That's my thoughts

Is the rematch the issue? I thought it was Warren taking over JP's career, plus fighting for a title of some sort. Surely a good hour in a room with a table can get this done. How hard could it be?

Assuming it's a good fight, neither fighter would be fighting for a title no matter who wins. And there's no better fights in the future as they won't be fighting for a title. So why not rematch?
