Sham, I'm labelling Parker's punch the SKIP PUNCH. KB must have devised it when they were working on Parker's power in camp. The Skip Punch is designed to hit the top of the head and skip off, similar to a rock skipping along the water. The result is that it renders the recipient concussed, with the audience only seeing the whites of his eyes. The time to use it when the opponent ducks his head. No fighter is safe from it. I'm just hoping Klit doesn't duck his head in sparring.
As Fenech said, it's better to get knocked out in one that absorb Parker's punishment for 12. He must have been talking about the Skip Punch.

Sham, remember how KB taught Tua the 45 punch, a half uppercut/half left hook? Well, now we have the SKIP PUNCH. I've never, ever seen anyone KO someone with it. Usually it's seen as a missed punch. Not now. Parker can KO you with it. Look out AJ and Klit.
Hey Westy and Gothe. I love my warriors, but I hate Tompkins as a player. Hate him. He's lazy, usually trots around on defence and shows up to help out as the opponent is scoring. No tries this year. Useless. Ok, that's him. Manu comes inside while the opposition throws it wide. Manu goes, "oh shit." then has to chase his winger all the way down the field. Does NOT cover his edge. He lets in two tries a game like this. Please, do you have any connections so you can tell somebody. When Hoffman is playing, he keeps Manu on a short leash so he doesn't do it. With Hoffman out, he does it. Please help.
And more on the Warriors. They will be awesome next year. Isaac Luke, RTS, Sao, the youngsters like Kata, Lisone, Vete and Maulolo will have gotten a year under their belt. Lolo will have learned the halves position. Please tell Leuleui to go back to UK with Tomkins, and tell Manu to guard his edge. Please?

I remember the talk of the old 45 punch from Barry back in the day . That right hand from Parker (the 'skip punch' one) reminds me how Joe Louis used to throw a short right actually. I think it's cool how all these people flipped out about a fantom punch and a dive , Cassius Clay was too fast for the punters too. Little did they know it was a skip punch lol.
As for Tomkins I think he's a decent player , not million bucks a season decent though. Hes just not A dynamic Runner , RTS is a different kettle of fish he's explosive.
I find it hard to bag Manu , sometimes when you are on the wing and they have the numbers on you your only chance is to rush in and put a spot tackle on the guy receiving the pass . Pull it off and you kill the move , mistime it and you look like an idiot. Stay on your wing and they get through anyway.
But you are right the guys on the edge like Hoff have to defend as a group, one of the reasons Hoffs such a good player.
Even when the Warriors aren't getting all the results I take solace in them being the Kiwi development xiii
Young players constantly being bought through , some will rise to the elite eg, Shaun Johnson . The Kiwis kick butt.
LeuLeuai I think is a solid hooker but I hope he never plays halfback again , Lolohea is a great prospect and it looks as though they will groom him for the job
Next year should be a great side
