Having looked through the top 15s, I can only foresee 7 of them even considering coming to Invercargill to fight Joe, who also could be available.

That would mean his opponent would have to be one of these names: (random order)
- Mike Perez - Coming off an embarrassing Rnd 1 KO to Povetkin, could be willing to take a payday and start his retirement fund
- Vyacheslav Glazkov - Beatable, available and has a relationship with Duco, having had JP on his undercard
- Eric Molina - Was lined up for Palmy, he will definitely lose against Wilder then might look at a pay packet
- Chris Arreola - Pretty inactive and doesn't leave the US/Mex so unlikely, but maybe
- Steve Cunningham - Beatable, credible and available
- Bowie Tupou - Close, cheap, on a 3-win streak, beatable, sellable with Trans-Tasman clash, credible, highly likely
- Vincente Sandez - Who? Could be willing to take pay packet because he's unlikely had one before (the new Razvan Cojanu)

However, I agree with you, it will probably be Bowie.

Kingpin and Chris Hamer snould be on that list too

Kevin Barry on Lucas Browne's twitter account saying the fight is there for him. Browne re-tweeted it. He's not the manager though....

"Kevin Barry ‏@KevinBarryNZL 9h9 hours ago
@OgreOutlaw1 @WBABoxing @bigdaddybrowne1 @joeboxerparker @MattClarkBoxing If he wants the fight it's there for him."

Lucas has gone to the WBA conference this weekend (in Bulgaria) to see where he stands. Ricky Hatton should be with him, but he's doing some covers band thing in Manchester

Cosmic Drop, yep, you could hear KB yelling head movement and keep the left high when he threw a jab.

gothe, not sure what you mean. KB has always tried to get the fight with Browne. Is the tweet saying Browne wants the fight? If he does, he's crazy. He's come too far to fight Parker. He's ranked better than Parker, and might have a chance for a title fight. Parker is too fast for him, as Browne is slow. BUT, can Parker handle Browne's power? KB must think so.

I just think they're trying to get Browne by promising him a guaranteed payday ($150k+ was mentioned), as opposed to the "possible" title (not even a real title) shot. You're right though - Browne would be crazy to take the fight.

I can see it being beneficial for Parker to beat everyone from this region on the way up, and there may even be some money in it for them
Tupou (holds the WBO African), Fujimoto (vacant WBC affiliated OPBF), Leapai, Browne (Commonwealth) etc. I hope Meehan hasn't missed his chance..

He has fights like those and he's still very young with a mandate from the whole region

I rate Browne very highly, but who has he fought? His best win was against Rodenko. After that Travis Walker. And then nobodies. Have a look:

To be ranked in the top 5, and fight Parker is crazy. If they have talked money ($150,000+), he must be a little bit interested to even contemplate it.

It's Fujimoto... Nice! Finally a WBC ranking is possible....

Perfect rankings wise! He will clean him up in 2 rounds but a great catch getting a chance at WBC
