KB talks about AJ being one dimensional, but at least he's a beast at what he does do.
Parker needs to fight on the inside. I was fully expecting that KB would have taught him this for the Fury fight. If Parker can't beat him on the back foot, get on the damn inside and go to work.
I hope Parker loses now. I think long term it will be best for him. KB needs a wake up call.

Parker has the goods, just aint being trained right. He is seriously in big trouble. I wonder why UK people didn't have to pay as it was on sky sport 3 over there, not ppv

Because nobody would pay so whats the point of making it ppv?

Just finished watching this fight on YouTube. Good points - Parker's hands were fast, moved nicely around the ring. I like that from around round 6 he realised that he wasn't gonna knock him out so he got to His boxing. Won comfortably. Bad points - from the expectations and the opponent he underachieved I think. His power is becoming more and more questionable. Slaps his punches a little which won't help. The 'better against bigger guys' line doesn't look as solid now. Going forwards id like to see him ditch the power stuff and use his speed. Fast hands and movement around the ring look the best way forward imo.
Cojanu was pretty funny. Like a really shit Tyson Fury.

If course no one would pay but it's sad that we as n.a. people have to cop alot of the cost

It was free in Australia too on Fox
Mixed thoughts for this fight, it did become just another sparring session with the added drama of Cojanus showboating antics
There were things Joe did very well, triple jab looked good and he moved in and out quickly getting the shots off that he wanted.
For me, he needed to change his movement getting his liver shot off and using his jab from a side on angle rather than straight on. I thought a southpaw switch could have worked as Raz basically knew all Parkers punches, where he was moving too etc
Basically there was a lack of game plan other than 'win the rounds, don't let him get lucky'

Cojanu is a sparring partner for a reason. He is a big, durable punching bag. Would love to know if he gets put down much in sparring - ever.
I love the fact that Bellew and Joshua will look at this fight and lick their chops. Bring 'em on.
The one factor Parker has over those guys is sheer speed. It may well be enough. We will see.

OK, here's my take on it:
Positives:
1) Parker DID win
2) He took his time and boxed for the most part
3) He won every round but the 11th on my scorecard
Negatives:
1) No power, average speed
2) He got frustrated at times and tried to trade
3 He walked around the ring for no purpose. KB would call it movement
4) His confidence must be shot with Cojanu laughing at him and his inability to hurt him
5) The whole boxing world is laughing at his performance
6) Joe puts his head ahead of his shoulders when coming in. It's not centered. AJ would uppercut him to death.
My other thoughts are that Joe was the only one who fought for the most part. Cojanu was in survival mode most of the fight. Didn't he want to win? If Joe couldn't hurt him, why didn't he go after Joe? In this fight, Joe added weight and lost muscle? How does that happen at his level of training?
Parker needs to fight Hughie, then Bellew, and then cash out with AJ or Wilder. Then quit.

Getting past bellew and hughie is not a given
