Yeah but the difference is joshua is fighting in the O2 generating millions of dollars in one of boxings hot spots with an undercard featuring world title fights and world class fighters

Parker is fighting in front of like 400 people at the manakau events center with brown bean and Naz off the batchelour and his bare chested uncles

We are talking Parker and AJ. Not the circus they roll with.

Yeah but you are talking about Joshua fighting at home.

Why wouldn't he, the uk is dominating boxing right now and has the biggest fanbase, it wouldn't make much sense to fight elsewhere.

Meanwhile it'd make sense for parker to go literally almost anywhere else

Hey Sham since you think Parkers record is padded with light opposition I'm wondering how you rate AJ'S record ?

He has plenty of time to go abroad and fight. He is supporting a nation, and that's probably the motivating factor. If Parker said lets do it in Vegas, Duco would probably say, ok, no problem. Less headaches for them, but the fact that we are getting fighters in NZ, the media websites are now writing articles about upcoming fights WITHOUT Parker, says that boxing has had somewhat of a resurgence.
I just don't know why there is some hate amongst people, regarding Duco and Parker.
Tall poppy syndrome rearing it's ugly head in NZ?

Duco like it or not, are milking the nz public for low calorie return. they're the 1st to introduce 40 bucks ppv and sadly rip the public off with circus events. THE fanbase is gullible which has made it easy.

DUCO are simply doing what promoters do the world over. And they are very good at it.

Everyone benefits - including NZ boxing.

And yes - Tall Poppy Syndrome is a massive problem in NZ

Tall poppy is a name applied to people who don't agree with. Get it right!

Sham . Are you going to answer my question regarding AJ's Resume ?
Reply
They both have crappy resumes in both cases it's somewhat excusable at this stage of their careers. The difference is joshua has looked good against his crap opposition while parker has looked like he's found his level against his.

Found his level? Are we still talking about Takam fight?
