They rushed Glazkov v Martin on to the Wilder card, so Wilder can fight the winner as a unification fight. He then doesn't have to fight Povetkin, and can go for the winner of Wlad v Fury 2 in a big money fight.
It has Haymons fingerprints all over it.
Unless Glazkov wins and doesn't have a clause to fight Wilder (which I doubt), the IBF (or pretty much any ABC) is off the table for JP for the time being.
Just my guess....

I think you might be wrong, Gothe. All those things may happen, but not in a timely fashion. It takes years for unification to happen. And if Martin or Glazkov win, they don't want to lose their belt to Wilder so quickly. Look at Wilder, he wins a belt and then faces two "soft" opponents.
But I can see a Martin going into the ring and challenging Wilder after he knocks out Szpilka.

The only one I'm pretty sure about is Wilder vs Szpilka, with Wilder winning by KO in the 6th Round my pick. Can't see Szpilka winning no matter what shape he turns up in.
I'll have to see what David Haye looks like at the weigh-in before I pick that one.
I also get the feeling Martin will win over Glazkov in a UD with Glazkov's luck running out with the judges.

Wilder wins easy, Any David Haye beats de mori and Martin/Glazkov is a shocking 'world' title match up.... Martin's best win is against English club fighter Tom Dallas! Easy night for Glazkov. After Fury/Wlad this weekend really isn't doing heavyweight boxing any favours.
