Looked like Wilder held his head with the left.
Wilder is going from problem to problem as his opponents slowly get better. Spilka worked all around Wilder until that shot landed. Wilder quickly tired, got flat footed, moved slowly.

I couldn't have separated them in the rounds. More of a cat and mouse fight, with not a lot of punches thrown. Lot of posturing. I figure Wilder was ahead. What a punch. Sort of like Cameron and Barett. Wilder's right landed, Szpilka's left didn't. Wilder is the man to beat in the heavyweight division. Don't worry about Fury and Wilder. Klit will KO him.
