RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - justafan - 04-14-2017 I very much doubt it will happen. I'm told both that and the Taylor fight have been offered at least a couple of times each but the answer is always that he has moved on to international opponents RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - Boxingfan25 - 04-14-2017 Yes I doubt it also and it's a shame cause he should want to clean up his own backyard first before going overseas but anyway it is what it is. Be interesting to see how he goes in Singapore.. RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - Justapakeha - 04-21-2017 Anthony Taylor off the Parker-fury card. Was going to fight Sam Ah-see from Australia. Bit of a shame really - wold have been a good scrap RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - shamrock - 04-21-2017 (04-21-2017, 09:25 PM)Justapakeha Wrote: Anthony Taylor off the Parker-fury card. Anyone know why? RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - justafan - 04-28-2017 http://boxrec.com/show/743991 Any results or info would be greatly appreciated RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - craigyid14 - 04-29-2017 I wonder if Shaye Brock and Ricky Murphy are good mates/stable mates? It seems such a natural fight but its never ever talked about. RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - justafan - 04-29-2017 (04-28-2017, 10:42 PM)justafan Wrote: http://boxrec.com/show/743991 TKO win for Brock Yes I think Brock and Murphy are aligned but don't know for sure. Hopefully they can fight. Murphy only fought once last year and his first fight this year is at the end of next month. Has had hand injuries from memory. Murphy's level of opposition has not been great so far so hard to see him stepping up this year on the back of injury layoffs. I like the Anthony Taylor/Brock/Bowyn Morgan fights at welter as Cairo George doesn't seem interested in the domestic matches RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - justafan - 04-29-2017 Zane Hopman got a UD win over Lui Te'o last night. His cruiser fight for the national title against Asher Derbyshire later in the year will be an interesting watch but is in Masterton. Surely this would have been a reasonable $$$ fight to make and would have made a nice little undercard fight for Duco but I guess as neither have any national profile they would rather have a couple of league players going at it RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - U.K. Fight Fan - 05-04-2017 Outside of Parker and the other NZ heavies like Fa, who is the best NZ fighter or best prospect? |
