Write the results in now, three very one-sided fights... https://www.facebook.com/558954870811448/photos/a.579819715391630.1073741829.558954870811448/947677791939152/?type=1&theater

RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - diehard - 04-07-2015

Too easy. Rapira, Blackbourn, and Langton.

RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - justafan - 04-07-2015

To be fair I don't know much about their Oz opponents but Rapira and Smokin Joe need strong wins badly

RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - justafan - 04-08-2015

I'm sure Rapira said his opponent had a similar record to him (9-1) but in-fact Dean Purdon's record is 1-4. That is a big gap!
Marlon Toby, Blackbourn's opponent, has a record of 7-30-2.
Eden McGrath 0-1 will fight James Langton 6-2.
Granted they may have been up against stiffer competition in oz but surly the pressure is now on the Kiwi boys to win with a flourish!

RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - craigyid14 - 04-08-2015

Eden McGrath is a kiwi.

RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - Fistic Fury - 04-08-2015

I Believe Eden McGrath is a kick boxer from ETK. A very good kick boxer, not sure about his boxing skills but should be well prepared and has a good chin.

RE: Professional Boxing in NZ - diehard - 04-08-2015

McGrath got knocked out early in his first pro boxing fight. He's from Auckland. Yeah, too bad, looks like a lot of mis-matches. Lot of boxers on the card, though.

Interesting about Berridge but more importantly, looks pretty clear that Reece Papuni v Trent Broadhurst will be on the Parker undercard in June. Exciting news for Reece after the Joel Casey debacle.
