He is. Takam and Ruiz gave Parker a good fight, I think Bellew could do the same. He'd be a big underdog though. You'd never hear the end of it if Bellew won.

Bellew is as good as those guys. The difference is 30lbs of natural weight though, two stone in your money. It'd be too much.
I wouldn't bet on that fight though, never betting against bellew again
