RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 02-25-2021 This fight is on the Canelo undercard, starting at 1PM NZ time on DAZN: eavy Zhilei Zhang 22 0 0 S Jerry Forrest 26 4 0 RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 02-28-2021 Great fight with Zhang/Forrest. Zhang knocked him down the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round. Then Zhang gassed and Forrest almost pulled it out, a Majority Draw. Zhang can bang, but was easy to hit, and gassed. RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 03-02-2021 Browne aiming to KO Gallen By Ray Wheatley – World of Boxing Former WBA heavyweight champion Lucas “Big Daddy” Browne (29-2, 25 KOs) will clash with Australia’s biggest pay-per-view attraction and rugby league football legend Paul Gallen (10-0-1, 5 KOs) at the Wollongong Entertainment Centre, on April 21 televised on Foxtel Main Event Pay-Per-View. “I don’t want a decision,” Browne told foxsports.com.au on Monday. “I don’t like putting my fate in the hands of judges, so it’s definitely going to be a knockout, or me going out on my sword. “Six rounds is six rounds. I think he can go six rounds but he starts gassing after that. He’s never been into the deep end. I wanted to take him into that deep end… maybe another time.” RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 03-02-2021 Say it ain't so: https://www.boxing247.com/boxing-news/171941/171941 RE: Heavyweight Division - bart - 03-02-2021 actually looking forward to gallen fight- Browne is a step up from Hunt but still a faded fighter Ruiz fight... been on cards for awhile- whether he wins then moves on to Ortiz I'm not so sure , I think he will take multiple tune up fights spread over a couple of years. RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 03-06-2021 Yoka stops Djeko in twelfth round IBF #8, WBC #13 heavyweight Tony Yoka (10-0, 8 KOs) scored a twelfth round TKO over Joel Tambwe Djeko (17-3-1, 8 KOs) to claim the vacant European Union title on Friday night at H Arena in Nantes, France. Yoka, the 2016 Olympic gold medalist, was in command the whole way and got the stoppage when Djeko turned his back after a barrage of punches in the final stanza. RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 03-07-2021 Helenius vs Kownacki: https://www.boxing247.com/boxing-news/172248/172248 RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 03-07-2021 Idiot reporter. Helenius IS ranked, he's the champ with a g beside his name, whatever that means. RE: Heavyweight Division - diehard - 03-10-2021 In a bit of an upset, former world heavyweight title challenger Alexander Ustinov (36-4-1, 27 KOs) had a six round draw with journeyman Terrell Jamal Woods (24-47-9, 17 KOs). Woods record can be a bit deceiving to some as he is a very active fighting heavyweight and has not been stopped in nearly 5 years. Woods now has 9 draws on his record.
